i appreciated the helpful staff. a GOOD swimming pool view added to the experience. i found water dispensers on each floor, a thoughtful touch. the ac functioned effectively .
the television's limited functionality was a SLIGHT inconvenience.

the restaurant was good, a convenient option when we didnt feel like heading out.
the tv was useless, it was basically decorative. it was locked to some hotel software so the only things you can do it on is look at pre-loaded hotel information. you cannot watch netflix or youtube.

The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view, and i found the pizza and cocktails at the bar quite nice. breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were high quality. the chillva market is a short ten minute walk. It provided a good nighttime dinner option. a large lotus market is also a ten minute drive away. This was convenient too.
I could not sleep at night because people were constantly slamming doors. This was unnecessary since the hotel does not have heavy doors.

A Romantic Escape, My Good Stay

The staff were kind, always ready to help. The rooftop pool offered a fine view. It was a clean space with enough room for all guests. I greatly appreciated the fitness area. It had modern equipment and was well maintained. The on-site restaurant provided excellent food, especially the authentic Thai dishes.
The television had limited functionality as it was locked to hotel software.
